By accessing or using the Torvex website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. General Information
Torvex provides aftermarket automotive and motorcycle parts, accessories, and performance components.
All products sold are aftermarket and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or manufactured by any original vehicle manufacturer, unless explicitly stated.
2. Product Information & Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their vehicle prior to purchase, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle make, model, and year
- Product specifications
- Installation requirements
Torvex provides product information and support to assist customers; however, final responsibility for compatibility remains with the customer.
Torvex is not liable for issues arising from incorrect fitment selection.
3. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full prior to processing.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing errors
- Inventory issues
In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded if applicable.
4. Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 2–7 business days.
Certain items may require additional processing time, including:
- Made-to-order products
- Pre-order items
Customers will be notified if extended processing is required.
